Hi there,

more than the month ago I order Parcel to Kazakhstan. Until now I still don't receive it. I can track my parcel by tracking number from China Post and there is written that is already 1 week in Kazakhstan. I try to track it in a delivery country but system indicates a fault. Can you please help me how I can found what is with my delivery?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel arrived your country on Sep 23. you should contact your local Kazakhstan Post office and try to find where it is. China Post has no more control of this parcel.
