Post Package stuck? Fake tracking ID?

Hello,

I orderd a Package from "DEAL-MAN" at 09.09.2017 and they send me a message with the tracking ID "RO138098846CN" but I can not even track this ID and the support does not really answer my question.
This package should go to Germany but I am a little worried about the time it takes to arrive.

RO138098846CN is fake number. You are scammed.
