Dear Sir or Madam,
Where is my shipment? The package is said to have been delivered on 19/08/2017, I have it but not.
It is a package that does not fit into the mailbox !!
To whom was the consignment handed over? Where is the signature for the reception and who has signed it?
I will send you the tracking ID for the exam (LM548552655CN).

the parcel was delivered by Germany Post office in Hückelhoven. If you have not got the parcel, contact that post office and inquiry delivery detail.
