Hello. Where is my package right now? Is it still in customs or has it left Guangzhou? Last tracking update was on September the 2nd. Today it is the 10th.

Tracking number is: CP373738311CN

this kind of parcel starting with CP is China Post sea-air combined parcel. If the parcel is over 2 kgs, it will go through sea and very very slow. It will wait in sea port for a couple months and arrive your country after half year.

If it is less than 2 kgs, it can take flight, arrival time to Europe can be 2 to 6 weeks.

Ok. The total weight for the package is about 10 kgs.
