It seems like my 2 packages are stuck on "NULL" for a while, what does it mean?
Am I still getting my packages delivered or my money back?

click following link http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php and see if the parcel status shows as "sent to airline".

Normally it will arrive about 2 to 4 weeks after the "sent to airline " date.
