Post No updates for long time

My shipping UD556865117CN didn't get an update for over three weeks. The last update mentioned a flight number, I have never seen the mentioning of flight numbers in tracking before and find it strange. However the mentioned flight is only 500 km and takes 2 hours within China but it's 3 weeks now and no changes.
Any advice?

UD556865117CN is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
