Hello, I am waiting for a package (LX011912215CN) from China, the last known data is that the package would have left from Shanghai on November 30, but then there is no trace, can you help me? Thanks in advance, John79

PS: I understand that it is busy around the holidays

In Xmas season, Europe import customs clearance might take 2 to 4 weeks. You can not see new status until Import customs clearance completes.
