Hello,

The last information I have about my order is :

2017-05-25 3:02:41 Leave [Beijing] TAC Air Terminal

I am a bit surprised because the last time I have made an order to the same seller, when I had the "same" information ( 2017-05-18 03:11:08 Leave [Beijing] TAC Air Terminal ), the letter was arrived in France 2 days later and was delivered to my adress 4 days later. ( The tracking number was : RG903492224CN )

Of course, I have contact my seller but he just tell me to wait.

It seems to me there is a problem with my second order. :(

Do you know why the delay is so different ?

Thank you in advance if you could help me to understand.

Parcel from China to France can arrive between 7 to 45 days. Your parcel is in normal time frame.

Thank you for your reply.

I have made others orders to China and I know than this order is in normal frame.

But my question was why for my last order it took only 2 days after the information " Leave [Beijing] TAC Air Terminal " to arrive in France and for my second order it took more than 2 weeks ? ( Perharps more ... )

It seems "strange" to me because this is the same seller and the same delivery adress.

Register mail shipping speed like lottery. Many factors will affect delivery time and these factors are keep changing everyday. So even you can get your previous order in 1 week, you next order might take 6 weeks to arrive.

Our user statistics also shows it is very very common that an order shipped later but arrives much earlier.
