http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=RA445616245CN shows only "Shipping notice received from seller". Your seller printed out a tracking number on Jan 29 but never actually mailed your parcel. Ask them when they're going to ship it. If you don't like the answer, open a dispute.
