Post Missing parcel (LM529807375CN)

I ordered via Amazon and the tracking information says it was delivered on August 19th. I never got it neither did i got an information that i could pick it up somewhere or that it couldn't be delivered. My question is why is the status "delivered", who signed for it and where is my parcel now?

Germany Post website shows the parcel was returned to sender. you need open dispute to amazon for non-arrival parcel .
