Hi LS334418390CN has been shipped out thru ems do you think I can expect this package by Christmas the seller said I can get before Christmas or do you think it will come before New Years but during Christmas week

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was just shipped. Now is busy season, US customs clearance is very slow. ePacket parcel will take at least 2 to 4 weeks to reach USA receiver. You have less than 30% chance to get it before New Year.

As Seller promised delivery before New Year. You can wait and see what happens. If he fails to honor his promise, you can claim compensation.
