Hello!

I've ordered a package from China to Germany. The tracking number is LM376161496CN, but the parcel hasn't moved for about 2 weeks now and seems to be stuck in export customs. It doesn't contain batteries or anything else of that sort.

Tracking also says it's going to France, which seems a bit weird to me.

It would be great if someone could shed some light on all this. It's my first order from China and I'm kinda nervous lol

LM376161496CN is outside china. it should be delayed in some airport between china and germany. but this is normal. sometimes, epacket might delay one or two weeks in middle airport due to airline shortage.
