Post Is my parcel lost?

I made an order in June. And the latest update at tracking web-site is
2017-06-30 | 20:59:49.0 | Electronic Data Received.

Tracking number is RF781294726CN.

And no more information. I called to local post office and they don't know about my parcel also. Customer doesn't answer to this question too.

Could you help me, please?

RF781294726CN seems to be lost. Normally parcel should arrive Ukraine in 5 weeks. you'd better open dispute to seller for refund.

May be you can advice what I should do if seller doesn't want to answer messages because dispute in AliExpress is already closed?

Try to tell seller to give solution in friendly way. Tell him if you can not get response, you will leave negative feedback against him. Since you did not claim refund in time, this is the only way you can try to solve the problem.

I need help with my parcel, my tracking number is 67031126465. last update was 2017-07-02 15:35:40.0 leaving China Post Group 无锡city parcel process center ，next station 无锡center. is it missing?

is my item lost? My tracking number is 67031126465 it was stuck since July at the centre.

67031126465 is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china pot ordinary parcel might take 4 to 8 weeks to reach your country.

2 weeks is still ok. shipping time to canada might take 2 to 4 weeks.
