Hi, i have this track RO456174017CN, i have received it 7 days ago, but the track is still inactive. The problem is the rain in China? Thanks more.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel number RO456174017CNis invalid. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
