I've been getting some conflicting messages from your website and I was wondering if you could give me a bit more information about the status of the package.

Package code: LM302821761CN

The conflicting messages are that the package departed on both the 26th of November and the 3rd of December btw.

It has been departed to Oslo from Guangzhou the 3rd of December.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LM302821761CN shows the parcel was shipped on Dec 3 from Guangzhou to Oslo. Normally it will take about 10 to 20 days to reach Norway. You need wait some more time.
