I'm worried about my parcel. The last updates on the tracking system are as follows:

2018-08-20 17:07:00 -[UK ]arrive Processing Center ,from China Xiamen
2018-08-22 10:54:00 -[UK ]customs release
2018-08-23 00:37:00 -arrive delivery dept.
2018-08-23 11:24:00 -delivery failed

What can I do to locate my parcel now?

Royal Mail(UK post) website shows the parcel is in Preston Depot, Delivery scheduled. You need contact your local post office for delivery schedule.
