3 month ago i order RB859112304CN to russia.

since 06.10.13 status is dispatching, 43032100 (location)

and no more information
seller dont answer my mail.

RB859112304CN should have been lost or returned to shipper. You will not get it. We suggest you to file a non-receipt dispute with paypal or aliexpress if it is not too late.
