My delivery failed on the 13th August. Do you know where my package is and how I can get it redelivered? Thanks

Royal Mail website shows Your item is due to leave Tyneside Mail Centre to go to Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre. More information will be available as it travels through our network.

You need contact Royal Mail Tyneside Mail Centre to pickup the parcel immediately. Otherwise it will be returned to China.
