Hi,

We have shipped a package from the Netherlands at 12 March 2018 to China. However the package is still not delivered to the addressee. Please see the details here:"

Could you please inform us about the status of this package and why it is not delivered yet, since it has leaved customs at 23 March 2018?

you should ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

What I don't understand is the fact that the phone number of the receiver is listed on the package, so why China post does not contact him? Another fact is that there is no scan of China post, why? This should be not the way in which a package should be delivered.

Finally, for instance the customer does not want to contact China post by phone, how would you solve this problem? I have a phone number of the customer, so it would be very nice if one of you could contact the customer and also inform us about the problem. You maybe can mail me so I can provide you the information.

Unfortunately if receiver does not call china post, the parcel will be returned to you. You must persuade receiver to contact China Post. This is his parcel, why don't call china post?

It's good to hear when the package will be returned when the receiver does not call. I am almost sure he will call. We are not used to this way of shipping, i.e. that the receiver must call the shipping company.

Is there any news about this parcel? We have contacted the receiver, however he does not reply anymore on our mails. Did he contact you, can you check that? If the receiver does not pick up the parcel, when can we expect that the parcel will be returned to us?

Hi, could you please inform me about this parcel? The package has leaved customs 23 march and since then there is no scan anymore. Normally after 1 month the package should be returned?
