Could you please inform us about the status of this package and why it is not delivered yet, since it has leaved customs at 23 March 2018?

What I don't understand is the fact that the phone number of the receiver is listed on the package, so why China post does not contact him? Another fact is that there is no scan of China post, why? This should be not the way in which a package should be delivered.

Finally, for instance the customer does not want to contact China post by phone, how would you solve this problem? I have a phone number of the customer, so it would be very nice if one of you could contact the customer and also inform us about the problem. It's good to hear when the package will be returned when the receiver does not call. I am almost sure he will call. We are not used to this way of shipping, i.e. that the receiver must call the shipping company.

Hi, could you please inform me about this parcel? The package has leaved customs 23 march and since then there is no scan anymore. Normally after 1 month the package should be returned?
