Hello!

I've posted a parcel (from Ukraine to China) which came to China customs on 4th of January 2014. Today is 21st of January, but recipient in China still haven't got it. Would you mind telling me where this package is at the moment? How and when recipient can got it?

ask you recipient to call local China Post customer service number 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

Hello!

Thank you for your answer. My recipient is still not able to get the parcel. And now I see in your tracking system that parcel status is changed on 26-th of January 2014 to "Unsuccessful delivery". Could you tell me what does it mean? And what can I do to ensure parcel delivery to my recipient asap?

Unsuccessful delivery means the parcel can not be delivered to recipient. normally it is because that the address in the parcel is not correct or the recipient is not available in that address. you should ask recipient to contact china post and pickup the parcel by himself.

There is no rule about this issue. Each China Post office has different policy. You have to ask the recipient to pickup the parcel as soon as possible.

I'm wondering if you could tell me how can I provide my recipient's phone number to China Post Office in order to they would be able to contact with my recipient concerning this parcel directly without my intermediation? Which China Post Office e-mail should I write to?

You should print the phone number in the parcel when you gave the parcel to Ukraine Post. Now parcel is in China. If China Post failed to deliver the parcel, they will look up the shipping label to check phone number. if China Post can not find contact number from the parcel label. the parcel will automatically sent to undeliverable parcels area. It is impossible for China Post to read your email and locate a specific parcel and associate a phone number to that parcel again. If you want a try, you can call China Post customer service number 11185.
