i placed an order with a company called newestsupermarket.top on the 23 june 2017 and to date have received no emails from them confirming despatch. they have a code below of [Ekaeorder TradeNo: 201706240003701114] but having put it into the chinese tracker says not despatched! (still pending)! i have emailed them almost every day and nobody has bothered to reply to me.

i am worried that i have been scammed. can you shed any light on this for me?

it also says the website is from usa but looking into this looks as though its from china instead.
