Post Yanwen To Nigeria

I placed an order with a seller on Aliexpress and he shipped it with this Yanwen. Now the problem is the tracking number shows that the package arrived Nigeria since 21st February however since then i have not yet received it. I can't even track it on NIPOST's website. Normally items get to me 3 days after they reach my country but this is different. Is there a Yanwen center or warehouse in Nigeria where they deliver their goods to?

Yanwen normally ships the parcel with china post REGULAR AIRMAIL which is not trackable. read this : http://track-chinapost.com/?p=686
