I have a parcel sent through yanwen with the treack number PK15011919597. It was paid 18/1/2015 and sent 20/1/2015 and surprisingly arrived Nigeria after 5 days on yanwen website. I cannot track it in Nigeria an I have not gotten it uptill now. It is fake?

Because it's courier and not postal service, you can only track it until arrival at the local airport and that's all. You have to wait for customs clearance and delivery, your post office cannot help you unfortunately.

Hi please help me track this parcel from Foreign trade clothing. GL31622693 to South africa, the supplier used Yanwen.

Yanwan tracking number is a joke. you can do nothing but wait. if over 40 days and it does not arrive, open dispute and claim refund.

Hello, I see the post about yanwen service, unfortunately I am also affected, I bought some items on the 9tn of this month & I just checked my tracking numbers & saw -nigeria arrive at nigeria airport-(yanwen's track end) 5 days. I don't know where to look to, I don't know where my item is, I don't know what to do, I can't track my item anymore, do I have to run to my local post office every now & then to check. Please help me. Your advice is much needed. It's my first time. Thanks.

Hi. I am waiting for a parcel from Yanwen. Tracking no. 31015892729.The last update I got was Handled by airline- Yanwen track end. What does this mean? I am in South Africa.

31015892729 is not register mail. you can not tracked online.

This incredibly annoying it has been 2 months now and still no packages, the tracking numbers for people seem to differ as well, mine don't have any letters what so ever. I have contacted the seller to ask him if he can call yanwen and ask what hub they are delivered to in SA so I can atleast call customs to see if they have it. I see from China post volutneer that they say your number isn't valid but like mine it shows up on Yanwens track and trace :(
