hello, so i ordered a jacket for about a month ago, and its STILL not tracking info, i contacted the seller and he extended the purchase protection and told me to be patient because china post is busy now, then i asked when he will ship it and got this message:

"Buyer friend, we are really in the processing, because the dress is brand many logistics companies are sending do not go out, we are in negotiation, if can't send, we will lose money to send EMS to you, ensure that time is the same"

can someone help me? what does he mean? will he ship it?

i have a purchase protection with 34 days left

RN806148545CN is fake number. you are scammed. open dispute to seller and claim refund asap.

Shouldnt i wait a bit? He said that they are in the processing, and Because i have 34 days purchase protection
