Post Where Is My Parcel?

I ordered a package on Jan 7, 2015. Shipping info says China Post with this tracking number 006960660909. a few days after it was marked as shipped ( because I know items shipped from china can take a while to arrive in the US) I checked the tracking number using this website. It has said this every day since.

006960660909 2015 Export Security Scan Guangzhou 20150113 0922

It is now almost February, I only ordered this item because it should have been here before the Chinese New Year.

Is the parcel lost? Did it fail Export Security Scan? Whats going on?

006960660909 is non-register mail. Export Security Scan is the only status you can see, no new status will be updated. The parcel should arrive by middle of Feb. keep waiting.
