I need to know where my parcel is currently. Is it already on SA, or still on it’s way. It’s not clear in the tracking info, as it has been more than a month now waiting for it. Tracking number: RP035837491CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP035837491CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jun 24 and sent to airline company on Sep 19.

After sent to airline, normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
