I placed an order on October 12. It was sent out to ship on October 15 according to my tracking number (LY838657473CN), but it hasn't been updated since then. Is my package lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY838657473CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Jinhua(Yiwu) office to USA on Oct 15. It should be seriously delayed there.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Nov 22, open dispute for lost parcel.
