I wait a package and the tracking stopped at 27 January.
In your opinion where is my package?

shipping status will stuck at its last china location without changing after it left china. it is normal.

OK.
I used the tracking number on site POSTE FRANCE (country of destination) and the tracking stopped at 26 January...
The tracking number changes with the arrival in the country of destination?
