LZ976163723CN from China to USA. I have track the number and it was delivery to UK, but I live in USA. Is the package being process in UK then send to USA? Is this number a scam.

you seller gave other people's tracking number to you. You might be scammed.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
