Post Where’s my parcel?

Tracking number LZ932387237CN. Last update was 1st November stating delivery failed but there’s been no evidence of an attempted delivery or re-attempts?! How do I get my parcel?!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ932387237CN shows the parcel arrived UK on Nov 1 but failed delivery. Not sure failure reason.

You need contact your local Royal Mail post office to pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to China.

Thanks for your response. I will try and contact them today, however I find it highly unlikely that Royal Mail have it as they are amazing at leaving a notice to confirm they attempted delivery and where to go to pick it up. There has been nothing left by them so I think they’ll tell me it’s nothing to do with them!
