can some one explain me what this means and whether normal for parcel to stay a week at this place? My tracking nr RI092323438BG (sent from BG to CN)

RI092323438BG failed to be delivered. It is now in Shenzhen now. . 民治配送站 is the Chinese name of the delivery office. you need to ask your recipient to contact 民治配送站 to pickup the parcel.
