I havent recieved my packages they have been stuck in the china sorty facility forever, is there something you can do to help me. Im getting ready to go out of state soon and would like it before then.

Hi in trying to figure out why my package has been sitting in china since the 17th, im going out of town and need to know whats going on my tracking number isLN683621899CN

LN683621899CN was just shipped 5 days ago. you need to wait one more week to get new status.

I have this claim number also for and package but can never look up information on it
