Can you please update me about the status of parcel RV394493185CN? There has been no activity since 15 May. I would like to know if the parcel is lost or not so I can request a refund from the seller. The seller is not providing me with any information about the status so hopefully you can as the transporting company.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV394493185CN shows the parcel was sent to airline warehouse on May 16. It is still shanghai airport waiting for flight to Netherlands.

Covid19 virus has cancelled many airlines to Europe, so parcel will have some delay. our latest report shows average waiting time to Netherlands is about 2 months, your parcel is still in normal time frame, not lost.
