My order was placed over a month ago and it still has not arrived and the tracking number has not updated since February 6th, 2015. The tracking number is RJ349594016CN
Just wondering if there was any thing to prove why that is....thank you

RJ349594016CN is delayed in shanghai. if your purchase protection is expiring you should open dispute and claim refund or ask seller extend the protection.
