2 weeks is normal. if more than 4 weeks no status updating, it should be a problem.

I'm from Bangladesh. Dear Can you tell still where is my parcel.? Your wabsite last update is 12/02/15 in shanghai. This too late for your wabsite last update. Why your wabsite run is too much slow.? And Which parcel service from i can take my parcel.

the reason the update was stuck is Because last week is Chinese new year so China post official holiday week is from Feb 18 to Feb 26. however, most of the companies stop working from Feb 17 and back to work in early March. So don't hope so munch.

RK189268354CN should be delayed in shanghai. you might need wait 2 more weeks.
