Dear Admin,

I need your help with the tracking no. RC273560620CN.
Shipper claims it was shipped out on Sunday but the tracking system shows no record of it.

Thank you Admin,
It still does not show anything. I have been working with the supplier for some time (mainly DHL) thus so far I cannot say bad things about them. However this particular package is not showing in the system despite the fact supplier is sure the shipping agent sent it on Saturday or Sunday. They showed me some "Electronic Bill" but I could not see any stamp. Should there be a China Post stamp?

I believe your seller are trying to give you excuse for not shipping or delay of shipment . Wait one more weeks and see if you can get result from http://track-chinapost.com/. If no result , you should open dispute.
