Package has been stuck in Guangzhou for 4 months now, The last tracking date was 5-19-2020, Is package still in process or has it been returned to seller. Thank you !

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW596870971CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on May 19. It is still in guangzhou airport waiting for flight to USA. It is not returned.
