Hi
I’m waiting for a parcel but it hasn’t moved or updated in over 10 days.

I’ve ordered a few things at similar time and those have all arrived. The parcel is shipping to the UK

Last update: Despatch from Sorting Center, Wuhan, Hubei on 14 November 2018. Has it left China now or should I report issue

Tracking number is LM219862127CN

Any help greatly appreciated

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM219862127CN shows the parcel was shipped from Wuhan on Nov 14. Wuhan airport has some delay recently. You might need extra 10 to 20 days.
