Hi there

I ordered a replacement battery for a phone.
The parcel is stuck in Export customs scan for 3 weeks
CP228999145CN
Is that normal ? or won't I never receive it.

battery is not allowed. your parcel should have already been rejected in customs. open dispute asap.

Thank you for that reply.

If battery are not allowed in planes, is there a possibility to get it by sea or train ( i mean non aerial way). Is it that long from China To western Europe.

As far as I know battery item can not be shipped by any kind of China Post service. Even China Post surface parcel might use airplane in some parts of the route.
