the parcel is ok. it should have left china and on the way to Italy. Now is rush season, moving and status changing is slow. you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get the goods.

Hello,Australia Post advised us to contact China Post regarding tracking # RL144681092CN to assist in locating this parcel. Seems it came up missing. Can we get some information on it.I was also advised that Australia Post liaison with China Post to investigate a lost parcel.
Thanks

I need to submit a request through China Post. Once this is done, China Post will liaise with Australia Post until a resolution has been reached.Australia Post shows The following information:

"I've checked our records and can see that your article was scanned through the Caboulture Delivery Centre on 07 December 2015. While there is no electronic record of a signature being taken Robert, I would assume the article has been delivered on the same day.

If you are shipper, you should go to the original china post office ,bring the original receipt and file investigation request.

Unfortunately, you can not do this remotely. You must bring original receipt in person to original post office in china.
