Hi, I have the parcel no. RC040042349CN which is stuck from 9 days in the same status. There is any problem that is not going to Beijing, or is so so far away that is not arriving? Thank you

if your parcel has no battery item, no need worry too much. it should be delayed in the airport. wait one or two more weeks, you will see new status of the parcel.
