Plz Help!!!

My status freezes in " Export Customs Scan " since 2015/Feb/05 13:18
Where is my delivery can you help plz ?
My tracking number is : CP304510435CN

CP304510435CN is surface parcel for heavy item. it is very very very very slow. It might take up to 6 months to arrive. Your seller should not use such service to ship the goods.

ohhh nooo :'( ... I buy this item from Alibaba and the seller said it take 40 to 60 days to arrive. But now they not replying and today is 59th day... This is veryyyy slow...

Hi China Post Admin, I am not able to track my shipment as the status is freeze since 21st March, the status says "left Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport".

I am travelling out of country from 2nd April, can you please confirm when can I expect my shipment. Can you please ship it on urgent basis. My tracking no. is : RI390680452CN
