Post Spring festival delays

I was given a tracking number on 2/25/15 but it still doesn't show up. I ordered something else that was shipped the following day and there is tracking activity showing for the item. Did the person actually ship the item, or did they just mark it as shipped? Not sure why the spring festival would delay one package and not another. Tracking number is LN755767357CN. I don't want to buy from this vendor again, if they are fudging the actual shipping time. Thanks :)

LN755767357CN is fake number. seller did not ship the goods yet.

How can I tell it is a fake number? And thanks for taking the time to respond.

if http://track-chinapost.com/ can not show tracking result, it is fake number.
