hello.
I bought a product on August 17, 213 and they give me a tracking number RB751014025CN
to checking the status.

on the system shows that the shipping start at August 23, 2013. but I I haven't received
the product yet ..

And checking into the system with the order and the event say .. " Depósito del cliente" on august 24 but as I mentioned before. I have received nothing

Could help to check this?

RB751014025CN the parcel left guangzhou for Mexico on Aug 24. You need about 4 to 6 weeks to get the parcel .
