Hi,

The tracking details on my shipment have not updated in two weeks:

2018/10/30 18:08 Received by Post Office 518029
2018/10/31 0:22 Item returned from export Customs/Security SHENZHEN EMS
2018/10/31 0:23 Departure export customs SHENZHEN EMS

Can you please provide an update? When can I expect to receive it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ983838987CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Changsha office to UK on Oct 30.

Now is rush season, you might need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel. You can not see update until parcel passes UK customs and scanned by Royal Mail.
