My parcel RH295840065CN seems to have been through export security scan and export customs scan twice at the same center.Does this mean the parcel has problems with security or it is regular? The parcel is a pair of shoes in a double-box.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RH219044834CN is looping in shanghai. normally this means it can not pass customs scan or can not get shipping space.

wait one more week, if you can not see the parcel exit loop, you should open dispute.
