Please can anyone help me track this letter?

It's coming from the UK to Guangdong and should only have taken 5-10 days but was sent on the 13th.

I've been to the local China Post and EMS offices and nobody knows where it is. :(

Not sure what else to do...

Is there somewhere I can check for myself on my letters location?

I want to keep abreast of when it may arrive, as I will have to go down to the gate and locate it; my complex has a bad reputation for keeping track of any receipts I may need to go and collect it.

RU086374237GB was delivered to receiver in Zhaoqing,Guangdong Province on Sept 2.
