I have sent a parcel to China from Turkey.
Product 05.12.2014 since in the same place on hold. Why there is no movement and no update. This is very important to me, I'll get a refund, but running out of time. Please help as soon as possible. Tracking number RR201687135TR.

the parcel should have delivery problem. ask recipient to call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the goods.
