Hello, I have that track RN619484179CN, seller say he have shipped with china air mail. It's all ok. But to check the parcel, the actual track status say:

In Customs-Control warehouse Wuhan - 20150314 1327

Obliously The seller told me to not open any dispute, and to wait from 39 to 79 days.

It's just two t-shirt with a low value, nothing of absurd. What should I do?

RN619484179CN was just shipped. In Customs-Control warehouse might stuck for about one or two weeks, it is normal.

However why now I can't track that parcel on track-chinapost.com ?I no longer have the same details of a few days ago, do not know why. And I can not tell if my package has passed the security check export. Can you help me?

And I have another parcel, track is 02021997048, seller say he have shipped with China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, but on the website it's impossible track that, say not found. Seller have shipped more than 1 week ago. He say I have only wait because they have shipped my parcel. Really strange.

Something happend with tracking service since last night its not the same anymore , has different information now.

RN619484179CN is in beijing waiting for customs scan. Our system is now upgrading. some tracking result will be affected. sorry for any inconvenience caused.
