Hello please help me with this tracking number i ordered the product since january 5th and hasnt come as yet, tracking numbers seems to be stuck in one place for weeks now.

its actualy going to trinidad and tobago i dont understand why the final destination is chile

RI287076425CN is going to Chile not TT. you should open dispute and claim refund asap.
